Sunshine City

Andrew and I are back in Death Valley. It only took 63 hours to make it from Fairbanks to the Valley. We stopped in Seattle for a 26 hour break after 43 hours straight in the car. We have gotten extremely lucky with the temperatures. The high was 92 degrees the day we arrived and only in the upper 80s the couple of days afterwards. Today it's 90 degrees and will continue to rise back over 100 throughout the weekend. The adjustment hasn't been as shocking as it could have been since we saw temps in the teens the week before we left AK. I will get some pictures posted from our float trip soon. We are still going through the 32 gigs!
