My mom and step-dad from Tennessee came to visit last week! It was their first visit to Death Valley, so we took them to see the highlights.
What a beautiful day to see the entire valley from Dantes View, ~5,500 ft. 
On the way back down to the valley we stopped to see the blooming beavertail cacti.
There were a bunch of these huge beetles crawling and flying around.
A late afternoon visit to Badwater Basin, 282 ft. below sea level.
Some more flower viewing on our way home. 
It was a great time to visit! The flowers were really coming out while they were here. We really enjoyed the visit, thanks so much for coming!!!
