I forgot to mention that when we got down from the highest point in the lower 48 states we drove right down to Badwater Basin, the lowest point in the Western Hemisphere.
This empty gatorade bottle was sealed at the top of Mt. Whitney and was almost completely compressed from the change in elevation by the time we got to Badwater.
From the highest to the lowest in less than 12 hours!
